We are a small, family owned native plant nursery located just outside of Roanoke, Illinois. We combine the knowledge of native species with design principles to incorporate naturally occurring plant species into central Illinois landscapes. We started with just a few species of oaks and have expanded to other tree and shrub species and have started offering perennials too. I had been thinking of what to name our business and when our second girl was born, it struck me. My girls and I all have red hair and are what inspired the name of our nursery.
